IMC will provide guidance in preparing the quality systems in compliance with the Total Quality Management. We will also prepare the necessary written documents to guide the process. When implementing the processes and management systems, we will use the ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System Standards and Total Quality Management Pinchmark Guidelines.

We identify the possible effects of those services, which the management has yet to put into practice or will implement at a later date. We will review the assigned duties, authorities and responsibility with the management and evaluate their harmony.

We will review the management information system in the context of performance efficiency, and evalute the standards, audits and experiments the system needs. IMC will provide the organization the information necessary to establish its own quality culture and policy in order to communicate, create and introduce the quality systems at the first attempt with minimal hindrance.
